This is a bit convoluted but is reproducible for me. Started as a logged out user (guest)
Add an item to the cart, go to the checkout page.
Partially fill in the checkout form, names, address, whatever.
Realize you have an account so you login.
Return to the checkout form but ONLY see a new address form with the saved fields you filled in, not the list of saved addresses.
So this is confusing as you can't choose from your addresses and it ends up creating a duplicate if you actually go checkout.
I have customized the display a bit on the checkout page, but not the point that I think the adjustments are causing this.
The only way around this is to clear the fields that were filled in and refresh the page, which then allows the saved addresses to appear, but clearly a customer would never know to do this, or should they have to. A login should clear whatever cart session exists shouldn't it?
