Support for triple store repository real updates when new annotations/enrichments are computed

as for different components new versions support for repository updates is needed, since we won't flush the repository any more.

e.g. an improved version of the Unstructured Search Module will be released soon and integrated into the TVEnricher; if we want to make use of these improvements within the existing Y3 demonstrators, we had to remove the old ttl results and update with the new ones
