Dashboard: more details on which configuration was used in each processing step

I now know that this is not the case so in order to evaluate the results of what is there already, I would need an overview of what processes have been done and what results they led to. "

I have already formulated a similar request during the past WP2 and WP5 telecon, good that this is now formalized as a github issue. What I would like to have in the dashboard is a description of which services have been launched with which parameters for each media resources. This is based on the fact that WP1 REST, TV2RDF or TVEnricher have all multiple parameters yielding different outputs but we are blind in understanding which parameter/value have been used when generating the RDF data.
