.net core issues

Extracted and opened applicaton with admin as per instruction and i get greated an error, "to run this application you need to install .net core, would you like to install. Yes or No

After following the link and installing, nothing has change and im still getting the same error.

I ahve resolved this issue by downloading the correct .net core package facepalm
