Pod Fault 036

Describe the bug

Unknown Pod Fault 036 has occurred twice back to back since building FreeAPS. First failure day 2 Pod, second end of Day 3 Pod just after 72 hours. Both errors occurred after meal bolus. First Pod bolus 7u, second was a large bolus 15 u followed immediately by a second bolus 4u. Both failures occurred with roughly 44 u of Insulin remaining in Pod. Running Open-Loop. This Pod fault is not documented in the GH repo for known errors. I wasn't sure whether to post in GH LoopKit or here but opted here as FreeAPS is maintained here. If you advise to also or instead post there pls let me know.

Sorry - I said I'd look at this soon - but I've been super busy. This is probably a pod occlusion (nothing to do with the code), but I haven't even looked at your file. Have you had a recurrence?
