Github Actions to compile and add the binaries to a release

Manual release if this isn't solved before the 1st release

We Can use this ->https://github.com/softprops/action-gh-release

Looks good, now we need to look for a GH action which compiles the go code and generates binaries for each architecture. Should be easy.

Alternatively, look for a single GH action which does both - compile and release
