Error Code:16 and Error Code:3

Hi, i have finished the same setup as mine on my friend's laptop but unfortunately when launching the "start_age3.bat" it says "could not run battle-server-manager" with exit code 16. Even if i had successfully input the path to the game directory and launcher on my friend's laptop.

On my laptop i have no problems running and hosting a game.

So, I edited the path of the battle-server-manager.exe on config.age3.toml in battle-server-manager>resources.
It was set to auto so i changed it to the folder where the executable is located. But the error still persists and instead of exit code 16, now it shows exit code 3

Could you please edit the launcher config.toml file set Log to true, re-run these scenarios and sending me the resulting log files compressed to luskaner at gmail dot com ? Separate archives for the error 3 and error 16, thanks.
