This could say something like:
"An error has occurred and has been logged. If errors persist, try restarting the bot."
Not every repeated error is a sign of a corrupted internal state that needs a restart to fix, but most of the ones I see on the official bot at least are either that or a direct response to a particular thing happening (like a broken !command). Experienced bot admins know how to deal with that but new ones don't always.
