Sure seemed to me like my server was deadlocking in a busy loop on exit, and gdb seemed to indicate that join() was the issue, so... yeah.

I figured I'd PR my fixes. Some things from amxdbg.c are not from me - I merely copied the file from samp-plugin-crashdetect.
