Mocha does not run in VSCode side bar during debugging Solidity, Typescript hardhat v.2.23.6 

This isn't running in the sidebar and showing line by line debugging tips. After several attempts, it just doesn't work when coding with Solidity, Typescript and using hardhat v 2.23.6. Please fix. The files run from terminal using npx hardhat test but when I go to VS Code, and run with the Mocha extension, its doesn't work. Please help if you can fix this problem.
