libusb-1.0.27 library cannot connect

I have installed the latest Ubuntu system（Ubuntu 24.04）. I encountered an error during the linking of the libusb library. I have already installed the libusb library（libusb-1.0.27）, and the make commands in both the NOP and PON folders executed without any errors. However, when running make in the discovery folder, I received the following error:
