Changing exit node ask password but does nothing

I use current version (build from 15 may 2025) of extension on fedora 41.
When I switch exit node it asks password but after I pass authentication nothing seems to happen - I'm still on previously selected node
At same time, when I run command sudo tailscale up --exit-node= --accept-routes manually it works fine

Can confirm on arch with version 39 of the extension. sudo tailscale set --exit-node="" fors fine..
