Stuck on Update 3.1.0

If I Update to 3.1.1 and restart it just is back down to 3.1.0, and on 3.1.0 If i start the round the game just freezes and nothing hapens

I had this issue, you just need to update it in the area you get new mods instead of the list of pre installed, however the mod is broken for me idk if this is the cause

Bump, also updating the mod in the mod helper browser doesnt solve the issue.
