Decentralized architecture is a better idea.

The right is runtime node, receive Grpc Create Request from p2p-etcd and setup service.
The left is client node, get rpc service from the decentralized network.
The cloud is metadata source like soft source, it can be deployed privately.
The middle is MF decentralized network protocol

• People can freely use cryptocurrency to buy and sell rpc services ( a new cryptocurrency? )
• The decentralized protocol is responsible for service discovery, load balancing and other works
• The market mechanism is responsible for elastic scaling and expansion
