FEATURE REQUEST - Labconfig - RSAT Tools VM deployment option

add MSLab option to apply RSAT Tools (AD,AD-PS, GPMC, DNS, DHCP, DFS, DFS-R, Failover Clustering, Hyper-V, Volume Activation, Bitlocker Drive Encryption Administration Utilities) into VMs / OS images.

Justification: ability to use Server Manager for remotely managing other VMs in MSLab, with traditional MMCs, when needed.
