MCDConnectedDevicesAccountAddedStatusErrorServiceFailed code after Sign in

We are getting "MCDConnectedDevicesAccountAddedStatusErrorServiceFailed" code in - (AnyPromise*)prepareAccountAsync:(ConnectedDevicesPlatformManager*)platformManager method after success sign in with Microsoft account.
From the documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/project-rome/objectivec-api/connecteddevices/mcdconnecteddevicesaccountaddedstatus

this means "The account operation failed since Rome was unable to contact web services.". How should we fix this in our app or in Microsoft Azure portal in application settings ?
