Share Functionality Doesn't Work - Github Permalink

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Right click on a section of code that has been pushed to github > share > get github permalink
2. no permalink is copied.

I've tried this with several different code-bases but this seems to have broken. Similar issues with copy-paste have been popping up in the last few months (very annoyingly) so I am not sure where to start on debugging this.

I am finding this doesn't work with branch scoping as far as I can tell. If I load a specific file from a commit in the editor there is no problem getting a permalink.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Is there a public repo + branch that you encounter this on, and if so, can you share it?
