Add support to export to s3 #212
Description
Some customers are not using git or gitops yet, but this tool can extract the files to s3 from different cluster to help diff the two cluster. Helpful when upgrading environments and clusters, or a a dry run large changes
It should accept a secret as credentials or using IAM/IRSA token
