Ability to swap 2 clan member seats easily

After a clan has been seated, sometimes people change their mind about who they want to sit next to.

Swapping people around can be awkward and risky (moving one member to a temporary seat (assuming there are any, otherwise unseating them), then shuffling people around using the spare seat, then putting the original member back)

It would be helpful instead if it was possible to easily swap 2 already-seated clan members around

Thinking possible permutations/implementations:

User:

• Select "Swap seat" > select free seat > confirm > swap > done
• Select "Swap seat" > select booked seat > Email to seat holder >
  • If they confirm > swap > done (this may need email to 2nd user)
  • If they reject > do nothing > done (this may need email to 1st user and they would need to open a new swap request)

Admin:

• Select Seat > Select Swap > select new seat > confirm > swap > done (this may need email notification to one or both users)

Not that deep into the RBAC implementation here (Clan control VS Admin control), but this would have to be possible to be selected on both levels, right?
