RM4 Pro - Can discover and scan frequency but code doesn't show up

With the RM4 Pro I can discover the device (using hello only), scan frequency successfully, and when i scan for the code the LED turns off when i press the button (so it seems to be getting the code), but nothing appears in the CLI when i try to retrieve it.
