Pound sign in Excel

Great package, saved me days of work, thank you very much :-D

Found a minor bug when opening the written CSV file in Excel - the pound symbol (£) appears as £

Found a similar problem happening when CSV is created from PHP (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4076635/php-generated-csv-file-is-displaying-%C3%82%C2%A3-for-a-uk-pound-sign-%C2%A3-in-excel-2007), however I have no clue how to implement this in Golang/struct2csv. Do you know of any workaround to this?

it seems Excel is interpretting the file using a different file encoding, go uses UTF-8 for strings by default
this is an old comment though so hopefully you already figured it out
