RFC: Store user profile pictures in DB in stead of as files #33
Description
My UserSpice based website is by demand not allowed to write to disk other than in short admin controlled periods. This means that leaving an entire directory open for file creation, updating and deleting is a no-go.
It would be better if this plugin could store profile pictures as entities (blobs) in the database, and such always be directly connected to the user uploading them.
