Catalog.json stopped working path and patch CRCs to 0 in new game patch

the catalog.json file stopped working in the new updates and patch CRCs to 0 in Little Witch in the Woods v5.2.7.0, Discounty v1.0.11, and Grimshire v0.25. It worked with older updates.
