Create installer for old system on a M2 Mac (Tahoe)

🐞 Description

I am trying to create an installer disk for High Sierra for my old Macbook Pro. When I start the download I get the warning that this system is not compatible with my Mac (duh), but all tutorials sy to continue anyway. Then, when the downloads are finished and it starts to create the disk/app/pkg I get an error: This package is incompatible with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for support.

✅ Expected Behaviour

Create an install disk regardless of the fact that my M2 Mac cannot run on this older system.
