Check disk space usage when checking out app #2
Description
Pete's app was very large (many GB) and caused the server to run out of diskspace. We shouldn't let users take down our servers simply by uploading too large of an app. We should be checking the size of their app, and if it's too big, then we tell them to upgrade to a bigger plan that has higher usage limits.
