Configure with a relative API Path

Hello,
would be nice (even if non-blocking) to be able to set the path to API as relative. I have installed mediawiki as a /mw subdidrectory of my Omeka, I would like to configure Scripto in this way so that if my domain name changes my configuration is still OK.
