Mention range of accepted file sizes

Based on the server's RAM, files with few errors can be fairly large (100s of MBs), but files with many errors can be somewhat smaller. Some users might assume that only smaller files are accepted, and might pre-emptively try to break them up. (Some users might also have learned from previous deployments to only upload smaller files.)
