Add config on geometry render for small pipes conected to larger ones appear their extremity

The correct modelling of small this pipe in OpenPulse should be like this, from the center, however for visualization purposes it's unpleasant. So maybe we could add the radius of the larger pipe to the small one to make it actually appear
