Reducer config window cannot be closed without inputs #334
Description
When we try to close it, a window appears requesting the required input and prevents the user from closing it without providing the information. Additionally, if we attempt to save the project and exit OpenPulse while this dialog is open, the window keeps reopening recursively, which is quite concerning.
