Forwards compatibility: C_TERMINOLOGY_CODE.constraint in Archie 3 -> 4

We are planning this change for Archie 4: #643

We want this to be forwards compatible in Archie 3.

So we need to be able to deserialize the new (Archie 4) structure of Json and XML correctly to the (Archie 3) Java objects.
