allow editing of details of a device

Description

Users need to be able to edit the details of their devices just like the can do on the current openSenseMap:

• Name
• Group identifier
• Exposure
• Description
• Website
• Image

Use case

• Fixing typos on initial creation
• Keeping images up to date after hardware changes
• Transferring ownership and thus changes in description, website, etc.

Implementation ideas (optional)

It seems like a lot of this was already done in the device.$deviceId.*.tsx files.
The option to navigate there is currently disabled in the app/components/mydevices/dt/columns.tsx file.

This needs to be checked and tested against the current backend implementation. There may be some loose ends to clean up as well.
