[BUG] - 'omlToOwl' failure

Description

Since 3/24/2025, whenever I build a project that previous built successfully, I get an 'omlToOwl' error.

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

• What went wrong:
  Execution failed for task ':omlToOwl'.

Failed to clean up output files for task ':omlToOwl'

I ran 'gradlew --debug' on Windows machine and saved the attached bug report.
