New Error: Only Medical Sales Excise tax can be 0 #75
Description
When we are uploading the B2B Transactions we are getting an error message: Only Medical Sales Excise tax can be 0
However, these are B2B Wholesale transactions and, IIRC, these don't have these taxes so they will always be zero.
This is blocking our uploads for this data-set; please advise.
