New login failures with the passweed change

Did a recent pull and deployment, seems that the documentation for the default login doesn't appear to work. Not sure if this is related to the SSO or the database.

I did more testing and spun it up in another environment. This time, I'm actually getting the full login page with the create account. Using the default login provided in the documentation appears to be invalid. Attempts to create an account also fail and the sql host is stating in the log "error Column "email" does not exist at char 12". CAC 089 Response if I try and create an account. Error on Create.php #109
