[Bug] Alpine does not support first hop #53
Description
Describe the bug
If running as non-root, Alpine needs the cap_net_raw capability for first hop to properly function. Unlike Systemd-systems where this is very easy to setup in the service file, it's not obvious what is the best way to do this in Alpine. We might be able to use setpriv or install libcap
