[Feature] Web proxy support?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm trying to use orb on a network with web proxy requirement on Linux.
I did setup of orb and to systemd an EnvironmentFile with http(s)_proxy environments but it does not seem supported. stopping at getting new orb certificate.
orb link returns "Error: Unable to find orb configuration."
Is it supported or any plan for it?

Tested on Orb v1.3.6 on Ubuntu 24.04

Describe the solution you'd like
Like most network tools, orb should be aware of environment variables like http(s)_proxy and use them when present.
If some tests are not possible/degraded, add a warning but still support it

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternative on restricted network.
