I would suggest calling this the Financial Services Register and using GB-FSR as the prefix.

This should help avoid confusion with the Mutuals Register also run by the FCA (prefix GB-MPR).

It's the 'Firm reference number' that is the ID here. So it's 817008 for Triodos.
