What is the "confirmed" field doing?

Does it do anything useful?

If a list isn't reviewed / confirmed, surely it won't be in the data set anyway - it'll be waiting in a PR?

544 records out of 803 have a value (67.74595267745953%) - 543 True, 1 False.

The false one is gb-ccscust - should we review and sort that one?

Then maybe just remove this field?

Just noticed that lists aren't shown on https://org-id.guide/ if confirmed is not actually True - ie null doesn't cut it!

eg https://github.com/org-id/register/blob/main/lists/al/al-cr.json doesn't appear https://org-id.guide/list/AL-CR

Yup - that's the function of it.

We should be checking other data exports then - and I know of at least one project that used the data from GH directly, so bypassed that filter.
