How to create an Action on ServiceNow?

• Once you have logged into the ServiceNow portal, click on All and search Flow Designer. Click on it.

• Click on the Actions tab. Click on the 3 dots besides Application tab and search StackGuardian.

• Once on the Actions tab, click on the New button and select Action.

• Add the name of the action you want to create and click on Build Action button.

• Design your action as per your needs. And once done, you can Test and Publish the same.
