CODEHCHECK BUDDY XCHANGE - App and sub-community for codechecking buddies

Under the motto "give one get one" we could start collaborative codechecking outside of journals and conferences. We already have community codechecks, but these don't have an incentive of co-operation on a one-on-one basis.

The app should display the current codecheckers who are "one up" or "one down" (or even multiple checks?) so that users who look for a checking buddy can identify that person and tag them in their issue.

The app solely works against the GitHub API and issues tagged with "xchange".

The app could also have a "leaderboard" counting all checker buddies checks.

This is the result of about three hours conversation with Claude over the course of a day... I did not write a single line of code, and only did make minimal changes directly in HTML manually.

As an outsider, it does seem helpful especially for people that may be new to this process. Usually, though, a buddying/mentoring is to connect with someone 1:1 and GitHub looks more technical platform to use for matching.
