#355: Add displayName to DictionaryBase schema

Summary

Standardizes displayName validation rules, and adds the displayName property to the DictionaryBase schema.

Description of Changes

Dictionary

• Add displayName to Dictionary schema

UI

• DictionaryHeader uses dictionary's dispayName when available instead of dictionary's name.
