Dear developers,
in the pDeepXL paper https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/acs.jproteome.0c01004 is the use of the predicted spectra of pDeepXL via pLink described, but not in practical depth. How do I import or use the synthetic spectral library in pLink?
