Dear All,

I met following error when I run pLink 3 at the very end of the report.

pLinkFDR.py:52: FutureWarning: The default dtype for empty Series will be 'object' instead of 'float64' in a future version. Specify a dtype explicitly to silence this warning.

It doesn’t appear to interrupt the workflow, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in case it might affect future compatibility.

Hi Ying,

Thank you for your report.
This is just a Warning, not an Error, so you can ignore it.
According to previous reports by others, this warning is triggered by searching very few results from the data.
