pLabel annotated spectra files are not exporting

Hello! I am trying to export some annotated spectra with pLabel 2.5 using .plabel files generated from pLink3. Upon opening a .plabel file, I tried going to File --> Save All Spectra As... --> C:\pFindStudio\pLink\3.0.16\bin\Pictures. I see the progress bar go from 0% to 100%, however upon inspecting the directory where I saved the pictures, nothing is there.

I tried several different input directories across my C:\ and D:\ drive, and also tried saving as all different file type options (.bmp, .jpg, etc). So far, the only thing that works is saving each spectrum individually, which would be a total pain. Are there any reasons why batch mode isn't working for me?

My plabel file header looks normal to me. Here it is:
