How to create Ontology object type ?

Here in source code implementation and document, i mainly see got/list operation for object type/ ontology ect.

But i haven't found the create and modify interface for object type/ontology. Is there corresponding interface for that ? Hope for you reply. @jmcampanini @jsmith
