Add helper to authenticate to AWS SES #22
Description
AWS SES supports SMTP but a special password needs to be generate from existing AWS IAM keys.
Add a helper script to generate the special password from standard AWS IAM keys. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/smtp-credentials.html
