jBASE Linux seg abort when compiling $basic.options

MVMake now has a $BASIC.OPTIONS in the basic directory.  The default instructions to compile everything seems on Linux only to corrupt the lib.  This issue should be transferred to the jBASE project.  For this project new instructions to NOT compile this item will be created.  Perhaps a proc to get everything compiled?
