Although Moschus_berezovskii database was created after using -nocheckcds/-nocheckprotein.
but the results about Number of known variants(i.e. non-empty ID) is 0

Sorry, I don't have enough information to understand the problem.
Creating a database without any checks is highly risky and prone to give bad results (or no results). You should use at least one of the checks (CSDs or proteins)
