Problem installing potion

Trying to install potion on Cygwin64. I've installed the following packages:

• gcc-core
• git
• libsqlite3_0
• make
• mingw64-i686-gcc-core
• mingw64-i686-gcc-g++

I run "make install" from the potion directory and get the following:

$ make install
