Standard size for IconProvider

when i do :

icon := ToMaterialDesignIconProvider iconNamed: #outlined_filteralt.

The icon has a default color (black) but the inspect gives a ToImage with a 0@0 size.
We should propose a ToImage with a standard icon size also. (to avoid the size: message to inspect the icon for example...)

We juste replicate the way IconProviders shows their icons on internet sites... they give standard sizes for reprensentation.
size = 24 by default on MaterialDesign site.
